Excellent video as always!!! I love watching each week as you feature all the new products available for sale. It's especially personal today as we have some of our own furniture in there. So if I may ... I'd like to add a couple of key features about the Villageois dining room furniture that the video time limit was unable to allow for. 1) There are three pot lights that plug in from the top of the cabinet. They shine down beautifully upon the dishes /glassware that can be featured inside. The glass shelving allows for the light to travel from top to bottom making for a beautiful ambiance in the evening! 2) The furniture is solid quarter sawn oak made in mission style using dovetail joints (so no nails/screws needed). The inside of the cabinets are lined with CEDAR wood (you can add a bit of cedar essential oil from time to time to bring back the enticing aroma of cedar). 3) The two pull out shelves on the china buffet cabinet (my favourite feature as well - surely designed by a woman LOL) can be used as Lorean showed us, but can also be used to set out warm pies, freshly baked bread/rolls and other goodies fresh from the oven to serve for your family dinner evenings (and especially holiday meals). 4) One additional feature in addition to the extra leaf for the large table is - both ends have a a wide but shallow drawer (lined with cedar as also) to keep additional cutlery, and/or napkins etc in. This is very convenient to store your family dinner treasures all in one space. We will surely miss this furniture as we downsize and move into our granny flat. We truly hope that the new owners FEEL the love and energy of the precious memories made around the table over the years and are as excited about the potential to make their own new memories! . Here is a photo of the furniture in the evening with the lights on. If you are interested in the cast iron lighting fixture as well (ornate and very heavy) - let Lorean know and we can make arrangements to offer that piece for sale as well.

**** Matty Update **** Just wanted to let all of you wonderful Matty supporters know that Lorean got a call this morning from the Vet in Guelph. Matty was doing ok, was stable. Still not eating and has some recovery to go through but that she could be taken home! So Lorean rushed to get her little velcro best bud and happy to say Matty is now home recovering. Lorean wanted to express how grateful she is for all the love and support shown by all of our faithful followers. Means the world. Thank you kindly and enjoy a fantastic weekend! Sebastian
