Consigning with ReDECOR is much easier than you think. Simply follow the guidelines/procedures below and download our CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT.

GENTLY USED means we accept only pieces that are in great condition and of high quality. Items must be absolutely clean and in showroom condition. After all, there are no second chances at first impressions. We accept up to 10 home accents at a time, so choose wisely.

We are happy to evaluate LARGE furniture pieces by pictures either emailed or brought into the store. Be sure to include the dimensions, manufacturer, age and if known, original price. If there is an interesting story about any of the pieces, let us know. We love to share this information with our customers.

Smaller home decor and furniture can be brought in Wednesday to Saturday during regular business hours; however, a drop off appointment is necessary, please call ahead to book your appointment.

Complete the CONSIGNMENT INVENTORY LIST, label the cardboard box containing your items with your name , phone number/ email address. ( please do not use plastic totes to drop off items as we do not have the room to store them for future pick up). We will not always be able to sort through your items upon arrival and in the case of multiple consignors dropping items off at the same time, we certainly do not want to get everything all mixed up.
If you have a booked appointment, have a look through the store while we unpack your treasures and select what we feel is most appealing for our savvy shoppers. Please take back any pieces not selected at this time.

DEFINITION OF ‘SHOWROOM CONDITION’

  • Absolutely clean, no odours (particularly animal or smoke), no hair ( 4 legged or 2 legged)
  • No cracks, no chips, no stains, no holes, no rips, no tears
  • No dirt, no dust, no mold
